The Spitzweck combines two classics, the baguette and the brotchen. Made in Germany using only the highest of quality baguette dough.  Our German rolls "brotchen" are produced in Germany with the highest of quality ingredients available.  Our bakers then flash freeze the brotchen to lock in freshness and that traditional Bavarian taste not available anywhere else in the world.  They are then delivered to hundreds of local bakeries throughout Germany, and now to us.
