A smaller version of our Laugenbrotchen and a classic combination of our brotchen and Bavarian Pretzels.  Our bakers in Germany make these rolls using Bavarian pretzel dough from a traditional recipe dating back to the 1700's.  Our bakers flash freeze them to lock in freshness and that traditional German flavor not available anywhere else in the world.  They are then delivered to local bakeries throughout Germany, and now to us!
