Our Weisswurst, or German Veal Sausage, is made with the highest of quality ingredients and is the perfect addition to your Oktoberfest celebration.  Served in one pound packages, these sausages are fully cooked and should be stored in the freezer until ready to grill or fry in the pan.  Try serving with our imported Bavarian pretzels and mustard.
