One of our most popular items, our bakers make our Cheesecake (Käsekuchen) in Germany using fresh eggs and quark.  Then they flash freeze the cake to lock in freshness, and the traditional Bavarian taste.  Our bakers then deliver to local bakeries throughout Germany, and now to us!  No baking is required, simply allow to thaw and enjoy!  For an even better result, thaw then bake for 20 minutes.
