The classic German Bienenstich or "Bee Sting Cake" dates back to the 1400's. Two layers of yeast dough cake filled with Bavarian vanilla cream, topped with sliced almonds and a caramel glaze, this one is sure to be a hit!  Made in Germany, our bakers flash freeze the cake to lock in freshness and that traditional Bavarian taste not available anywhere else in the world.  The cake is then delivered to local bakeries througout Germany, and now to us!  Simply store in your freezer until ready to thaw and enjoy!  No baking required.
