Our products are shipped cold and arrive ready to bake fresh in your oven. We have adopted the following shipping policy to make sure your order arrives in good condition.
Our Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing and packaging, after which your order will ship via the selected shipping method. Because we ship our products cold, the following may apply to your shipment:
If it is determined that your package will not reach its destination prior to the weekend, your order will be shipped the following Monday. This policy ensures that your products will arrive cold and in excellent condition.
If you require package delivery prior to the weekend or on a specific date, please enter the delivery date request in the “special instructions” section of checkout page. If we are unable to guarantee the delivery date entered with the shipping method selected, we will contact you with additional shipping options. Signatures are not required, however it is the decision of the delivery driver whether or not to leave your package unattended. Keep this in mind when ordering as a return delivery will likely exceed the three day time frame that items will stay cold.
Please refer to the map below to determine transit time to your location. We are located in, and all shipments originate from the Dallas, TX area. Please note that on occasion we may upgrade your shipping method or shipping carrier to ensure your order arrives on time and in good condition. Should this occur, there will be no additional cost to you, and you will receive an email regarding any shipping and/or arrival date changes.
Your order is shipped in a high density, thick walled, foam container designed to keep the products cold during shipment. The proper combination of coolants, including dry ice and/or ice packs are used in appropriate amounts to ensure that the shipment arrives in good condition and ready to be enjoyed. Please note that our coolers are some of the highest quality available in the country and we recommend that you retain them for your personal use, as few centers exist for styrofoam recycling. These coolers can retail for over $20 each and are great for keeping food, beverages, picnics, etc. cold for long periods of time.
Products which arrive partially thawed, but still cold should be placed directly in the freezer and are safe to enjoy. Should your product not arrive on time, or if the product is not at least as cold as a refrigerator when it arrives, please contact us immediately at 1-877-30 BREAD. Contact us immediately if shipment delivery is delayed or arrives in poor condition.
Dry Ice Warning
Please be aware that while the dry ice should have dissipated by the time you receive your package, a small amount may remain in the cooler. Should this occur DO NOT touch the dry ice with your bare hands. Touching the dry ice will cause burns and proper precaution should be taken.
