Do you have a minimum order?
Yes. Our minimum order is $25.00. The reason for our minimum order amount is because of the frozen or cold nature of our products and the packaging associated with shipping these products. The most cost effective way of shipping our products at this time is a combination of a foam cooler and coolants such as dry ice or ice packs. As we do not profit from our shipping coolers we must ensure that each order is substantial enough to warrant the costs associated with the shipping coolers and coolants. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you offer baked items?
No. All of our products are shipped to you cold and ready to bake. Baking prior to shipment would mean less than oven fresh. All of our products are best enjoyed when baked fresh in your oven. Our German products are shipped parbaked, meaning that the baking process was partially completed at the time of production, leaving no "raw" ingredients. You will simply complete the baking process in your oven and enjoy bakery fresh products!
Why do I have to choose three day or less shipping?
Most of our products are shipped either frozen or cold in a foam container with dry ice and/or ice packs. Three days is the maximum amount of time that we can guarantee your products will arrive atleast refrigerator cold. Your order may ship frozen but arrive refrigerator cold. This is normal. We recommend that you place items in the freezer upon arrival until you are ready to bake them. We cannot guarantee our products arrival condition when transit time is more than three days. During checkout you will only be shown shipping options that are within the allowable time frame for your location or the location of your gift recipient. Please note that on occasion we may revise your shipping method or shipping carrier to ensure your order arrives on time and in good condition. Should this occur, there will be no additional cost to you, and you will receive an email regarding any shipping and/or arrival date changes.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Due to custom regulations of each country we are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time. We currently ship to all 50 states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped two day or overnight to guarantee cold product arrival.
When will my order ship?
The date your order will ship depends on the date you place the order and the shipping option you select. You will receive an email once your order is placed stating our shipping policy and specific information regarding your shipment.
