All of our products are made in the country from which they originate by local bakers, then flash frozen to lock in freshness.  They are then sent on the journey to us where we ship them to you to bake in your own oven!  Those who have traveled to Europe know that there is something special offered in the local bakeries, especially those in Germany and France, where the majority of our products are made.  And since our bakers deliver to local bakeries througout Europe, you get the same product as you would walking the streets of Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin, or any other European city.  Now you can enjoy bakery fresh European breads, pastry, and desserts without ever leaving home.

To preserve freshness, our products are shipped to you cold in a foam cooler with a combination of dry ice and/or ice packs.  Simply place the products in your freezer upon arrival and store for up to three months until ready to bake and enjoy!
