Apple Strudel From freezer, place on baking sheet with parchment paper. Place in preheated 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes depending on oven. Allow to cool for 15 minutes prior to serving. Serve with your favorite vanilla ice cream. Brotchen/Rolls - All Varieties From freezer, place brotchen on baking sheet with parchment paper. Place in preheated 375 degree oven and bake for 15-18 minutes depending on oven or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes prior to serving. For additional crispiness, place a cup of water in oven safe container 2-3 minutes before completed baking. This will create steam and a crispier crust. Berliners Allow to thaw for 1-1.5 hours at room temperature. Serve and enjoy. Cakes and Streusel - All Varieties Allow to thaw for 2.5-3 hours at room temperature. Serve and enjoy. Bread Loaves - All Varieties From freezer, place on baking sheet with parchment paper. Allow to thaw for 30-45 minutes prior to baking. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until desired crispiness is achieved. Allow to cool for 15 minutes prior to serving. Tip: For an even better result, place an oven safe cup filled with water into the oven 2-3 minutes prior to baking completion to create steam.
French Products
Butter Croissants, Chocolate Croissants, Butter Brioche, and Mini-Butter Croissants From freezer, place croissants on baking sheet with parchment paper. Cover top with parchment paper. Allow to proof (set out) for 6-8 hours at room temperature or 10-12 hours in refrigerator. For larger croissants, loosely cover with plastic film while proofing. Croissants will rise to aprox 1.5-2 times frozen size. Place in preheated 375 degree oven for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown as desired. Please note croissants will continue to rise during baking. Allow to cool for 15 minutes prior to serving. Tip: For even better results, lightly brush with egg just prior to baking.
